• Step 1: Send your Shape plan & Size. Our designer will study and give you a Tentative Budget immediately.
• Step 2: If budget is in your range, meet with our Designer at our office or your home. Our designer will present and discuss over 1000 designs which we have made for other customers. (Site visit fee may be applicable).
• Step 3: Sign an Agreement and pay advance (15%). We will start process of Interior Designing.
• Step 4: See your Kitchen Interior Designs and 3D Models and enjoy the close looks of your own Kitchen.
• Step 5: Approve your designs and pay 35% fee of agreement, so we can start manufacturing.
• Step 6: While you relax and enjoy your free time, we will manufacture your customised products as per your own Kitchen designs. Now pay remaining 50% fee of agreement, and we will install all the products.
• Step 7: Congratulation. All the work is completed by Trudo team and you are ready to move in your designer Luxury Kitchen.

• Cleaning your furniture items regularly will help you maintain them for a long time, make sure that you clean your furniture gently with a soft lightly damp cloth, using a rough rag and pressing it hard against the wood might lead to minor scratches.
• Avoid using abrasive materials like scrub pads for cleaning the surface as they may scratch the surface.
• Use mild detergents with a soft sponge / cloth for cleaning stains. Pure alcohol can be used to clean stubborn stains followed with a mild detergent cleaning process.
• In case of a spill on the furniture, never try to wipe it as it will spread the spill and hamper the polish, instead just blot the spill.
• Any cleaning needs to be done with water only.
• The product comes with a 36 month warranty against any manufacturing defects and any other issues with the materials that have been used.
• Trudo furniture is designed and manufactured to provide years of dependable service normal circumstances and use. Trudo warrants to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product per the specific terms of our warranty.
• The product comes with a 36 months warranty against manufacturing defects in materials that have been used.
• In response to seasonal climate variations, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product and is thus not warranted for this purpose. Glue lines or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and not covered under warranty, In addition, any claim for seasonal splits, joints opening is limited to 36 months from the time of purchase.
• The warranty does not cover damages due to usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.
• This limited warranty does not apply to:
-cuts or scratches or damage caused by impacts or accidents
-products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately
-cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products.
-No warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers.

• Once your return claim accepted, refunds will be processed within 48 hours. Depending on the mode of payment you used, Banks and Payment Gateways usually take between 7-10 working days to credit the amount to your account.
• Please check the product at the time of delivery. If it is not to your liking or is damaged/ defective, you can return it on the spot. Post-delivery, only After Sales services are applicable.
