Ensuring seamless day-to-day ecommerce business and creating innovative offers to boost sales.
Processing daily orders from Ecommerce platform to various manufacturing & product delivery channel partners.

Tracking status of pending orders with manufacturers and delivery partners.

Interacting customers and other partners for payments, COD, delivery, feedbacks, and innovations in products.

Designing and running innovative Promotions and Campaigns to generate more sales.

Monitor sales returns and update sales accounts.

Resolving customer issues related to delivery, return, replacement, and payment method and product information.

Maintaining and analyzing weekly and monthly sales data and creating MIS reports.

25-30 year old with minimum 2 years of relevant e-commerce experience.

Excellent written and oral English communication, with understanding of customer etiquettes is a must.

Self-motivating and team player, willing to rise in the organization.

Good analytical and problem resolving skills.

An MBA degree will be an advantage.

Responsible for developing home décor product portfolio with latest trends and designs.

Identify designers, manufacturers, and key production hubs of the products.

Work with designers and manufacturers to develop strategy for efficient pricing & delivery mechanism.

Take feedback from the customers and discuss with manufacturers to enhance value proposition to the customers.

Place & execute sourcing orders on third party for purchase of such SKUs.

25-30 year old with minimum 1 years of relevant e-commerce experience.

Excellent written and oral English communication, with understanding of customer etiquettes is a must.

Self-motivating and team player, willing to rise in the organization.

Fluency of English is a must.

For furniture and home décor product designing, we are looking for a young and innovative person.

Expert in modelling, rendering, & draping furniture products in 3D Studio Max and Photoshop.

Ability of designing high end & innovative Furniture and Home Decor products for Ecommerce business.

A keen eye for texture, lighting, shading, color and aesthetic appeal of the product.

Understands latest industry trends and customer requirements.

A team player and looking to rise in the company at various roles.

25 to 30 years old with 1-5 year experience in product modelling.

Hands on experience and knowledge of home décor products.

Fluency of English is a must.
