RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Returns

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the product is found to be defective, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.
  • Only items purchased directly from trudo.in will be accepted. Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Returns made without receipt may be refused. trudo.in reserves the right to deny any return.
  • This product comes with zero cancellation charges, until the time of delivery.
  • We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for all products. Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
  • -Damaged Product
  • -Dead on arrival
  • -Manufacturing Defect
  • -Incomplete Product
  • -Incorrect Product
  • -Expired Product
  • Please note customized orders cannot be returned.
  • Once your return claim accepted, refunds will be processed within 48 hours. Depending on the mode of payment you used, Banks and Payment Gateways usually take between 7-10 working days to credit the amount to your account.
  • Please check the product at the time of delivery. If it is not to your liking or is damaged/ defective, you can return it on the spot. Post-delivery, only After Sales services are applicable.

Did you receive a faulty unit, or the wrong product? Simply not satisfied with your order?
